Once the application is completed we match the puppies. We will communicate via text or phone conversations. Will conduct an interview via video call to complete an assessment for the best and most accurate compatability. When we approve the applicant, we will send the contract via email, at that point the buyer and seller will sign the contract. We require a deposit of $500 to hold the chosen puppy and you will have 24 hours to submit the payment. If the deposit is not received within the 24 hours the puppy will proceed to the next eligible family. We do not hold puppies under any circumstances without a deposit. THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
